Located in the heart of Largs town centre, this traditional cottage flat is accessed from the courtyard of "The Moorings" development adjacent to the ferry terminal and the sea front.
The property sleeps 4 persons and has been fully modernised to a high standard with wooden flooring, a new kitchen and bathroom.
There are 2 double bedrooms (double bed in each) with stylish bedding and blackout window blinds. All bed linen is supplied.
The lounge/diner has a flat screen LCD television and DVD player. There is also a CD player along with a selection of books, games, CD's and DVD's.
The kitchen is small but functional with a kettle, toaster, new electric cooker and grill, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave and washing machine.
The bathroom has a bath with electric shower and chrome ladder towel rail. Two bath and two hand towels are supplied for each person.

Please note: The courtyard is entered via security gates and is for loading and unloading only. There is no parking available in the courtyard. However, parking is available free of charge in surrounding streets. There is also a car park close by which charges £2 per stay.
